Career: Performing artist, founder and leader of own jazz group called "The Urmas Lattikas Quintet". Arranger in jazz, pop, classical styles. Accompanist for numerous vocal and instrumental performances. Extensive club and concert appearances in numerous jazz events in Estonia and abroad.

Recordings and appearances in radio and television:
1992 ULQ represented Estonian jazz in the "European Jazz Night" TV-program.
1994 UL was conducting Estonian song in "Eurovision" song contest.
1997 UL represented Estonia in Euroradio Bigband project.

Major Recordings and/or Compositions: A single "In A Twilight Room" and an LP "Freedom To Love, Freedom To Lose". The music is written by Urmas Lattikas and played by ULQ.
UL has written also symphonic, choral and chamber music, including works for film scores and performances.

Major Honours and Awards: First prize in the U.Naissoo composition contest in 1984 and 1985.
